Hotel is fairly clean and fantastic. The rooms here are new-fashioned and well heated with windows well above ceiling height. The location is marvellous, and the area is local so close to eateries and pubs. There's Happy Sumo Sushi Bar with nice shots so close to the venue.

had an air conditioned and beautifully maintained room with well stocked mini bar, nice big bed, large bathroom, and i couldn't ask for more. the location was central, incredible to various eateries in town.

The air conditioning leaked all over the floor, creating a huge mess and soaking the carpet. It was a nightmare, and the smell of damp was awful. The staff just gave us towels as a temporary fix—totally unacceptable!

Well appointed room. Clean and comfortable.
Smell from smokers in the fire stairs wofting into the room.

I had a pleasant stay with a solid value for my money, and the room was comfortable enough for a short visit. The location was fantastic, right near shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Morning meal could benefit from more variety and options.

We found no pleasure having eight air conditioning units outside our balcony window - very sleep depriving!

The spacious king room featured a comfortable bed, a separate lounge area with a spa bath, and a kitchenette, which made my stay relaxing. The on-site restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, and the friendly staff were knowledgeable about the local area. The unique old elevator added some charm to the place, making it a nice part of my visit.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

Spiderwebs everywhere made the apartment feel neglected. Plus, the carpets were disgusting and the air conditioning leaked all over, making everything damp and unpleasant. So disappointing!

I had a pleasant stay at the Mercure, where I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The room, while small, was comfortable and clean, which made it perfect for an overnight stay. The restaurant offered quality meals, and with the Accor Plus discount, the dining experience was both delicious and good value. it’s a solid choice for a brief visit.
No genuine foxtel 📺, slow internet, tired decor.

fairly spacious on the ground level but everything changed upstairs.
the lift is quite antiquated with little room to manouvre suit cases. also it is generally too small. the room was also tiny as nowhere to put the suit cases except on the bed which obviously is not practical. the parking at the rear seems a little chaotic with cars parked anywhere thus causing concerns on where to safely park. i also thought the food prices very high thus decided to eat elsewhere.

We liked the room. It was basic, but very nice, big and clean. The pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little town and would definitely consider staying there again.
We paid 139 AUD for 1 night in a superior double room while we were travelling from Sydney to Adelaide. Personally I think this rate is too much (value for money).

Exceptional food, had very comfortable stay.
The standard queen room I stayed in was big size with table and couch. This hotel was located in a central area not far from a beautiful park and various eateries in town. The staff was exceptional, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.
